How can I pay for my order?

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars but you cacn adjust your currency at the bottom of the page. All payments are made securely via secure payment processors and no credit or banking info is stored on my website. All major credit cards are accepted.

Full payment MUST be received prior to shipment!

Do you have any coupons?

Any active coupons will be listed on the home page.

At this time there are no coupons. You can however sign up for Rewards at the bottom right hand corner.

When signing up, you will have access to send a referral coupon to a friend and get a coupon in return!

How long is your processing time?

Average processing time is 3-5 days. You can find the updated processing time on the home page if it is extended.

How do I download my printable?

To get the fastest download, please create an account.

Once your order is complete, you will be sent a PNG File(s). From the order completion page, you will be able to download your files. You will also be able to download from the order email that is sent to you.

If you happen to lose the email, creating an account will allow you to access your downloads by logging into your account and clicking downloads.

No physical item will be sent. They are instant downloads, therefore all sales are final.

All of the files included in this download are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. They cannot be resold or distributed in any shape or form.

Where do you ship to?

I can and will ship all over the world. All international orders will be sent via regular mail. If you wish to have faster shipping, please get in touch BEFORE you place your order.

All orders ship from Peterborough Ontario.

How long does shipping take?

All items have regular shipping and expedited shipping options listed for Canada. I cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of your orders.

I will not be held responsible for damage during shipping.

Please be advised that all customs, duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you need your items sooner, please contact me prior to ordering but be advised that shipping costs will increase.

How do I track my order?

If you've chosen expedited shipping, you will recieve a tracking number. All orders are sent via Canada post.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local Pick Up is available to those that live in or around the Peterborough Ontario region. You MUST input your address for local pickup to come up at checkout.

Once your order has been placed, please allow 3-5 days to process and create your order. Once it is complete, you will receive an email with pickup dates and times available. Please reply to the email as soon as you can.

Orders not picked up after 5 days of waiting or consistently late or changing dates, will no longer be eligible for pickup and WILL require shipping going forward.

How do I care for my accessories?

Most items made by The Little Bird Designs are machine washable unless stated otherwise. Please wash on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. You can iron your items if needed but please do so on a low heat setting only. DO NOT put any item in a dryer as shrinking and/or felting may occur and damage your purchase.

How do I apply my vinyl stickers?

Wipe down the surface with rubbing alcohol prior to putting the sticker on. Place the sticker and firmly smooth over it a few times to ensure that there are no air bubbles and that the entire sticker adheres properly to help ensure water does not get between the surface and the sticker.

It is not recommended to use these stickers on rough-textured surfaces as this is much more likely to allow water to seep behind the sticker and cause the adhesive to lose its bond.

How do I place a custom order?

Do you see a product I sell but you don’t see a fabric combo you love? A custom request might be what you are looking for!

Custom requests are available for most but not all items.

How do I return an item?

All purchases are non-refundable.

Please keep in mind that all monitors show colours differently.

If you would like to see an item in natural lighting please contact me and I will do my best to show the fabric or stickers truest colours.

Can I make exchanges?

All purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of placing it, UNLESS you have already received a shipping notification, in which case your order is already on the way.

My address is wrong, can it be fixed?

As long as your order has not been marked shipped, I can updatte your address. Please send your name, order number and updaed correct address.
