5 Things you can Track in your Planner

So, you've got this planner and now you're trying to find different ways to use it, wondering what to track. Sure, there are endless things you can track in your planner, but I always recommend starting small. So let's dive into 5 easy things that you can track in your planner!

Habits

Start small and simple with just one habit. Tracking too many habits can be overwhelming, so start slow!

Can I tell you what my favourite habit to start with is? Check your planner! Yup, it's that simple! You can't get into the practice of checking off a habit tracker if you have never had the habit of checking your planner! It's a quick way to START habit tracking without the overwhelm!

Once you get used to actually checking your habits, you can start adding more. These can be any habit you want as well; they don’t have to be work-related! Try something fun to start, like “Drink water” or “Colour one page”. For an easy and free habit tracker, check out this printable habit tracker from Passion Planner! (P.S. Reading

Never forget what you read when you track your books in your planner. You could even add photos of the book you read and what you thought of it, too! Take it one step further and create a whole reading journal if you enjoy tracking your books!

Water

We all know we don't drink enough water. Use a simple sticker or a drawing of water droplets to track how many glasses of water you have had throughout the day!

Feelings

Tracking how you feel throughout the day can help you get a better sense of how your body feels from day to day. It will give you an idea of what days and tasks work well and the days when you need rest. You can add this sticker to your daily planner or even your journal!

Daily Gratitude

An easy way to make you appreciate the little things in life is to write down one thing you are grateful for every single day. It doesn’t have to be thought-provoking or deep. You can be grateful for literally anything. Writing it down and seeing that reminder makes a huge difference mentally!

Now that you have a list of things to track, what are you going to start with? My favourite is gratitude tracking. It's one way I find positivity in every day, no matter how awful it has been!
