Friday Favourite- Moosetracks Headband Crochet Pattern!
I’m so excited to share with you my first Friday Favourite of 2017 and an awesome new pattern that I’ve tried! The Moosetracks Headband is an easy beginner pattern and the first of many designed by my lovely and incredibly talented friend Ashley of Wooly Maple.
The pattern is written in a way that even the most beginner crocheter will understand. Ashley graciously explains each step in detail! Plus, with being a simple design to adjust, you could make one for every member of your family or even a friend!
What I love the most about the Moosetracks Headband is the way it has this subtle slant to the finished design. It sort of just happens as you crochet and I love the texture it gives! Plus little birds because why not 😉
Ashley is also a talented maker that creates gorgeous handmade hats, toques and even screen-printed clothing. I seriously love her slouchy hats and tanks!

Hello, this Heart Toque? So stinking cute!
Ashley is running running a couple Hops and Hooks Wooly Maple Workshops in London ON at Anderson Craft Ales but creating and a pint of craft beer? No wonder the classes are already full! If you were looking to give this pattern a go and really wanted some hands on help, I hear if you nudge her enough, she might add a third date 😉
To give the pattern a go on your own, check out Etsy to get a copy of it! Make sure you tag #woolymaplecreation in your makes so Ashley can see them! Thanks Ashley for writing such a wonderful pattern, I can’t wait to make more!
Check back next week for my next Friday Favourite, it’s another handmade creation that I happen to be obsessed with!
