Spring Made By Hand Show

I thought I would share with everyone what my booth for The Made by Hand Show looked like and all the things I had for displaying.

I had one of my best set ups this time around for a craft show. I was very happy with all the levels I was able to achieve this time around. It truly pays to walk the entire dollar store to find all kinds of little random things! The only thing I wish I had was a banner but that is a work in progress now!

Some close up shots of my booth! The awesome stand on righthand side of my booth was my greatest dollar store find! A whopping $3 for a little kitchen trolly that stood at the perfect height on my table. The little mini wire rack that the Caroline Clutches are sitting on in the middle was another dollar store find. Its actually a dish rack I believe but worked exactly as I had hoped. I had little sucker treats for the kiddos to take as well as my The CraftStar shop
postcards with a coupon code on them.

Now here is my greatest addition to my booth, my frame/chalkboard and wire bird cage fromParkadilly. The lovely and talent Sara from Parkadilly worked up these custom items specially for me for this show. I’m still in awe of how amazing they both turned out and will take more photos in the sunshine this week. I really do recommend you check out Sara’s Facebook page. Her work is incredible and she is an amazing artist and woman. Be sure to tell her I sent you!Overall my set up went just as I hoped. I met some incredible vendors and amazing people. It was pretty amazing to finally meet people in person that I have been following on Twitter and Facebook. I was even able to meet a small business that is in the same city as me! It’s quite incredible how amazing social media can work sometimes! I’m going to share all of the vendor links in a post later on this week as well as the goodies I purchased. If you ever get a chance to head to Toronto be sure to check out the next Made by Hand Show in October. So what do YOU think of my set up and do you have any tips for other vendors? I would love to compile a list of tips for first time craft show vendors. I have so many tips I would love to share and would like to here what others do to prepare as well! Please comment on this post with your tips or tricks or you can send me an email instead!
