Glow Maternity Mama Market

On November 9th Glow Maternity hosted their very first Mama Market and I along with many other Moms had the pleasure of attending! This was an awesome way to showcase the lovely Moms who make in Peterborough and it was a huge success. The atmosphere was not like any show I have ever attended! We had comfy couches to relax on, babies, moms and dads everywhere and an all around relaxing energy about the day! I cannot wait to be part of her next event.

If you haven’t checked out Glow Maternity yet, you should! The shop is part of The Loft Peterborougha place to relax, meet moms, do yoga and reconnect with yourself. The Glow Maternity shop houses gifts for new moms, babies and little ones along with a incredible offering of maternity clothing and needs. To make this shop even better the owner Shaunacy is a Doula so you are in good hands when you walk into her shop!

Lauren’s Cupcakes Well-Loved Posts Zippered Necessary Clutch Wallet Tutorial: Part 2 The lovely Lauren is working on starting her own cupcake and cake business and this show was a perfect place to start! Lauren specializes in gluten/dairy free and low sugar options. Her set up with the mirror showcased her cupcakes and cake pops so beautifully and they were a huge hit! Nothing is better than a snack during a craft show! She doesn’t currently have a site up and running just yet but I will pass on her info to those who would like 🙂 Elderberry Herbals Marianne is a herbalist who makes the most incredible teas and lotions. She had many to choose from ranging from different scents and herbs to helping with common ailments. I highly recommending checking her out especially during the winter months filled with colds and flus! Her website is www.elderberryherbals.ca Traquair Lassie, Present Tree The lovely ladies at this booth had the greatest assortment of gifts and creations! Little crocheted hats in your favourite characters and the coolest Christmas Tree ornaments. They also had some of the neatest crochet hook and needle rolls made by Fabric Art. More info and photos can bee seen on their facebook page Tranquair Lassie Young at Art Lisa creates to most colourful canvases perfect for any space in your home! Eva & Dell The incredible Annie had me in love with everything she had! Little ties and bow ties, hair bows and more! She had the cutest outfits ever that are made from vintage patterns and in some cases vintage fabrics or sheets! I highly reccomened you check out her website because you will fall in love with her things too! www.evaanddell.com Ivy Lish Owls Ivy Lish makes the funnest heating bags I’ve seen! From “Hot Hooters” to “Warm Wishing Stars” she has made keeping your little ones warm to a new level. Each animal has a small pocket for notes, lost teeth or small toys. You can contact her through email Ivy Lish. Hey Joey Hey Joey are perfect baby carriers for little ones of all sizes. She makes ring slings, mei tais and carseat covers. These lovely creations are purchased solely through Glow Maternity so stop in to check them out!

Green Leaf Baby For all your baby snuggle needs Leah is your girl! She had lots of little taggie and snuggle blankets, soother clips and more! Best of all, she uses high quality fabrics in unique designs so you are sure to find something you like! Kate’s Quilts The wonderful and incredibly talent Kate had the most gorgeous quilts and cute aprons! She also had really cute quilted wall hangings that can be made to coordinate with your quilts! I fell in love with everything I saw! Be sure to chek out her Facebook page Kates Custom Quilts Crystal’s Creations Crystals work on slippers blew me away! The coziest little fuzzy leather slippers for little ones of all sizes. she also does upholstery, pillows slipcovers and more! You can see all her creations at Crystal’s Creations on Facebook! Nest Boutique I only recently found out that I knew the lovely ladies of Nest Boutique! Sara and Amy make by far the cutest little baby bibs I have seen. Using the highest quality fabrics and designs you will not be dissapointed by what these ladies create! It sure was a jam packed show and a ton of fun meeting all the others Mama’s who make in town.
